Rumored for some time now, Borderlands 2 has been officially announced! There is a splash page available at http://www.borderlands2.com/ and Game Informer has 12-pages of information to be revealed in their September issue. Easy “Collect” Achievements

If you are like me, you beat DLC4 a long time before getting close to collecting all the various items that are tied to the achievements/trophies of Claptrap's New Robot Revolution. After getting frustrated at the drop rate of bobbleheads and pizza, I found this nifty way to get the items with minimal effort.

1.41 Patch now available!

The level increase and scaling patch is now available for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC users! See inside for details on the patch, along with download info for PC users. PS3/Xbox360/Steam users simply boot the game to get the update.

Xbox360 users be sure to check out the avatar items now available on the Marketplace! Gearbox recently added some new ones including the much-demanded Claptrap companion. The new Xbox.com lets you preview and purchase some of the items right from your web browsers, click here to see those, and see inside for pictures of all of the items available. Steam Players get Free DNF Early Access

Looks like the PC players (Steam specifically) are getting a special surprise for purchasing the original Borderlands before this week. If you check your CD Keys for Borderlands in Steam (right-click properties on the game and go to DLC tab), you will find a key named Duke Nukem Forever First Access Code. Enter that code on this page, create a GBX account (or link it to your existing forum login), and wait until the demo comes out (currently unannounced). Neat special treat from GBX. Tho...

DLC4 Achievements Released
