PS3Trophies.org is reporting some new trophies for the PS3 version of Borderlands, leaking info about new DLC on it's way. Looks like it could be an expansion of the "Circle of Death/Circle of Slaughter" quests, hopefully endless waves of baddies, and *cross your fingers* maybe new loot? See below for the new trophies and points.

IGN Gunsmith Contest

IGN recently ran a "Gunsmith Challenge" contest in which Borderlanders were challenged to create the ultimate gun for a pretty amazing grand prize of an Alienware PC with Nvidia 3D vision glasses and LCD Screen, 42" Samsung HDTV, and an Xbox 360. Borderlands first DLC now has a price point and a release date. 800 MS points (10 bucks) and November 24th. PS3 version will launch same day, but no word on PC version. Read below for some interesting info on the content and an excellent video preview by IGN.
